BhIOSS Group

The aim of BHIOSS is to develop a community of learning on science for sustainability. Young scholars and doctoral researchers are the ‘driving force’ in BHIOSS. Our aim is for this community of learning to extend beyond the boundaries of profession, career stage or geographical orientation, to enhance collaboration amongst and between doctoral researchers and established academics in different disciplines and departments. BHIOSS approaches sustainability science as: 1.a vision, a way of doing research 2.an operating space for us to do research in ways not constrained by traditional disciplinary boundaries
